they will refund the full amount except service Charge. But according to

7–14 working days but due to COVID-19 outbreak all are working with less

Ticket Booked Through Local Travel Agent:
If you booked your ticket through Local Travel Agent and due to covid-19 outbreak if you flight is cancelled then just inform to your agent and ask to process the refund and on the same way of online portal /app they will refund the full amount also except service charge.
